Exercises:
1) Pick the top 3 limitations that are most damaging to who you want to be. Then, find 3 “antidotes” to those limitations. These antidotes, or strengths, will not be within your own color.
2) Step one in the path to character is “value yourself.” List 10 things you love to do just because they bring you joy. Then, prioritize the top 5 things.
