Cathy Larsen – Managing Partner

I was certified as a Hartman Color Code trainer 30 years ago, that’s when it happened, I found my purpose and passion. As a Yellow, I love helping people recognize their strengths, and use them to reach their dreams and aspirations, remove their obstacles and create powerful, joyful relationships in their life.
I have devoted my life to coaching and training in all areas of life, from corporate to individuals, through podcasts and on-line training.

Kim Osborne – Executive Assistant Hartman Color Code Team

As a passionate Hartman Color Code client I found myself encouraging everyone I know to take the profile! The profile literally changed my life and my relationships! This lead me to inquire about becoming part of the Hartman Team and the rest is history.

I’m a dependable, analytical BLUE with my secondary color being RED. This combination gives me the unique opportunity to be quality-oriented but also a responsible proactive leader. But this combination also comes with limitations which I am constantly working on developing. Married to a healthy RED we have created a beautiful life together. We have two married children and two amazing in-laws. Our life as best friends is filled with travel and spending time together exploring France.

Kade Larsen – IT Specialist and soon to be Partner/trainer

A primary Blue that is training to become a partner and a trainer in the team, while also providing IT support when needed. A civil engineer by day, the Hartman Color Code is what drives my meaning. Numbers and graphs only tell half the story, working with people and gaining the experience needed to support and guide has shown what I want to do with my life.

I live in the pacific northwest with my partner (another Blue, we love talking about our feelings) I love hiking, disc golf, cooking and learning new things. With the occasional DnD game and other fantasy/Sci-Fi related stuff thrown in there to keep things fun.
